The Flavor Group is a full service creative agency with demonstrated success in executing experiential marketing programs that drive buzz, action and loyalty. Global brands like Red Bull and Toyota count on The Flavor Group to deliver world-class multi-market product launches, event production and execution. Challenge
Without a shared project collaboration tool, The Flavor Group’s Project Managers were not able to globally see timelines and milestones for events. As a result, deadlines would overlap and communication between teams was breaking down. The Flavor Group was also suffering from a loss of organizational history, as a wide variety of creative people were brought into projects for limited periods of time, taking that information with them when they left. Lastly, a real sense of cynicism towards Project Management systems had set into Flavor Group’s culture due to the failed implementation of 3 prior systems. Solution
Manymoon’s full integration with Google Gmail, Calendar and Docs enabled it to be widely adopted within Flavor Group. Everyone instantly could use the system because they were already heavily reliant on Gmail and Google. Manymoon’s simple and uncluttered interface also allowed the team to get up to speed rapidly with minimum instruction.
- Prem Kumta, Chief Executive Officer
Manymoon’s Templates feature also helped The Flavor Group standardize all aspects of their event production, saving time and ensuring consistently high-quality events. Templates also allowed them to easily share knowledge from past events, including information from event contributors who were no longer on the team. Other Manymoon features, like Milestones and Tasks, made it easy for the The Flavor Group to see what their teams around the world were doing, anywhere at anytime. Collaboration and sharing features, like feeds, were also quickly adopted as they were similar to tools the team already used, and were especially helpful for individuals working remotely, or on the ground at events.
